All consent withdrawal requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and fully processed within 7 business days.

Data Deletion

Upon successful processing of your withdrawal request, the following actions will be taken:

• CIBIL credit data fetched during the loan application journey will be permanently deleted.
• Your personal information will be removed from our active processing systems.
• Consent logs will be retained securely for audit and compliance purposes as required by law.
